If that was done enough, that would attract Travis Scott and Megan to want to come and do this shit on the G. We the ones that got the songs with Travis Scott and Megan. Me and Maxo Kream the only person that got songs with Megan Thee Stallion. I got Lil Keke and Big Pokey on the song with Megan Thee Stallion. And you [Mike D]. I called you. I did that.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnly me and Maxo Kream got songs with Travis Scott. Travis Scott don\u2019t got no songs with no OGs in Houston. He don\u2019t like none of the OGs in Houston because he don\u2019t like the way they treated him when he was \u2018Lil Travis.\u2019 But he not gon\u2019 vocalize it, he not gon\u2019 say it. He not gon\u2019 do what I\u2019m doing. He gon\u2019 let y\u2019all perform, do a little this and a little of that to be nice. But you don\u2019t think that don\u2019t make sense why Travis Scott ain\u2019t got songs with the great legends of Houston? But he used the sample! You\u2019ve been doing that with Atlanta. It\u2019s 7, 8, 9, 15 artists that you got songs with in Atlanta.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBecause why? Not only would the city of Atlanta look at you weird for not doing that, but you knew that it was also beneficial for you to make music with [artists who are on a similar level to you].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He then took aim at what he perceived as a lack of love from Drake towards the city\u2019s rappers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHow did Drake love Houston so much at that time and not have music with artists that you are uplifting from this community?\u201d he asked. \u201cFuck me, I don\u2019t care. It\u2019s bigger than me. I don\u2019t care about [him doing] a song with me.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTravis Scott is still the only rapper that\u2019s got a song with Drake. It makes sense \u2019cause it\u2019s an equal trade. It\u2019s not like, \u2018I\u2019m helping Houston and changing your life.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cIt\u2019s about fair exchange and business. If you are using the lineage and the culture of somebody\u2019s city, do something that helps not yourself; do something that actually makes the economy of that city and music bigger and greater.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sauce Walka later acknowledged that Drake has previously worked with Bun B but disputed the UGK legend\u2019s ties to Houston.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo disrespect to Bun B, [but] he\u2019s from Port Arthur; he\u2019s not from Houston,\u201d he claimed. \u201cThis is Houston, Texas we talking about.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
