The initiative had a focus on young animators and has <em>Evangelion<\/em> director <strong>Hideaki Anno<\/strong> credited as its creator.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning-\u00a0 <\/em>is an early preview\u00a0of the upcoming\u00a0<i>Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX\u00a0<\/i>TV anime, with several episodes edited together for a theatrical release. It premiered in Japan on January 17 JST and was the top-ranking movie at the weekend box office chart for two weeks in a row.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning-<\/em> will begin screening in North America on February 28, and is set to come to Southeast Asia at an unannounced date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The premise of <em>Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX<\/em> is described as:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"story-outline\">\n<p class=\"js-anim\" style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Amate Yuzuriha is a high-school student living peacefully in a space colony floating in outer space.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"js-anim\" style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>When she meets a war refugee named Nyaan, Amate is drawn into the illegal mobile suit dueling sport known as Clan Battle.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"js-anim\" style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Under the entry name \u201cMachu,\u201d she throws herself into fierce battle day after day, piloting the GQuuuuuuX.
