Central Cee\u2018s newly-released album Can\u2019t Rush Greatness<\/em>is expected to have a superb opening week \u2014 an estimate from\u00a0Hits Daily Double <\/em>has the UK rapp<\/a>er moving around 37,000 units.<\/p>\n The outlet published<\/a> its numbers on Friday (January 31), and said that the performance of the rapper\u2019s debut LP means that it will be in the week\u2019s top 10, alongside projects by Bad Bunny, SZA and Kendrick Lamar.<\/p>\n AD LOADING…<\/p>\n<\/div>\n According to their \u201cHits Top 50\u201d chart, 10K of Central Cee\u2019s 37K total was album sales, and almost the entire rest of the total was from streams.<\/p>\n The Billboard 200 album chart\u2019s top 10 will be released on Sunday (February 2), so fans will be able to see final numbers then, if the rapper charts that high.<\/p>\n Cee, for his part, has admitted that he \u201clikes\u201d the fact that he did not feature\u00a0Drake on Can\u2019t Rush Greatness<\/em>.<\/p>\n Speaking on Dutch radio station FunX, the British rap star revealed that he has an unreleased collaboration with Drizzy in the stash, but is glad that he chose not to put it on his recently released debut LP.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m sure there\u2019s a Drake record in the vault,\u201d he said. \u201cBut it seemed like it was predictable. I think everybody was thinking that there\u2019s gonna be a Drake record on there. So I like the fact that there wasn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n Cench also hinted that he was \u201csaving\u201d the song he recorded with the 6 God, with whom he previously\u00a0collaborated on a viral freestyle for\u00a0On the Radar<\/em>.<\/p>\n The freestyle was released commercially in 2023 and led to Central Cee cracking the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart for the first time as it peaked at number 80.<\/p>\n While Drake did not appear on the tracklist for\u00a0Can\u2019t Rush Greatness<\/em>, the 26-year-old did recruit a number of American all-stars for the album including\u00a0Lil Baby,\u00a021 Savage\u00a0and\u00a0Lil Durk, as well as fellow Londoners\u00a0Skepta\u00a0and\u00a0Dave.<\/p>\n The project has already been hailed as one of the best rap releases of 2025 so far and is expected to make a splash on the Billboard 200.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
