Paradox Interactive has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Jagged Alliance 3<\/em> developer Haemimont Game<\/a>s, the companies announced<\/a>. The acquisition, the purchasing price of which was not disclosed, is expected to close within a few days. <\/p>\n

Following the acquisition, the current leadership and development team of Haemimont Games will remain active with the studio, and the studio\u2019s ongoing projects will remain in development.<\/p>\n
