Combs is currently imprisoned in New York on <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-sdny\/pr\/sean-combs-charged-manhattan-federal-court-sex-trafficking-and-other-federal-offenses\">federal charges<\/a> of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He also faces <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/articles\/c0kjxd3m528o\">dozens of civil lawsuits<\/a> alleging sexual abuse and violence.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            After its premiere on January 14, <i>Making of a Bad Boy<\/i> attracted attention for allegations beyond Combs&#8217; charges, including implications of his involvement in the deaths of several people, including his one-time girlfriend Kim Porter. Porter died in 2018 of lobar pneumonia, and the documentary notes that in 2024 <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/rb-hip-hop\/diddy-kim-porter-children-statement-1235783772\/\">her children released a statement<\/a> saying &#8220;there was no foul play&#8221; in their mother&#8217;s passing.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            In a statement to The FADER Combs\u2019 attorney Erica Wolff accused the defendants of making &#8220;a conscious decision to line their own pockets at the expense of truth, decency, and basic standards of professional journalism.&#8221;\n          <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-267945\" class=\"content_block breaker triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left block_quote\">\n<div class=\"media_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"block_quote_wrapper paragraph_wrapper\">\n<p> \u201cGrossly exploiting the trust of their audience and racing to outdo their competition for the most salacious Diddy expos\u00e9, Defendants maliciously and recklessly broadcast outrageous lies in \u201cDiddy: The Making of a Bad Boy.\u201d  In the purported documentary, Defendants accuse Mr. Combs of horrible crimes, including serial murder and sexual assault of minors \u2013 knowing that there is no evidence to support them.  In making and broadcasting these falsehoods, among others, Defendants seek only to capitalize on the public\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>etite for scandal without any regard for the truth and at the expense of Mr. Combs\u2019s right to a fair trial.
