Moosa is president of the label while Brandon (also known as &#8220;Big B&#8221;) is the chief marketing officer and manager of TDE artist Jay Rock.\n          <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-268268\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-268218\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<h5 class=\"headline\" style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_are_they_accused_of\"><\/span>\n        <b>What are they accused of?<\/b><br \/>\n      <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>\n            In December 2024 two women anonymously filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court accusing Moosa and Brandon of sexual misconduct. The women&#8217;s anonymity were taken away from them on February 1, 2025 when the Tiffith&#8217;s legal counsel, Marty Singer, issued a statement naming them. The women, Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri, updated their complaint on February 5 to include an allegation of doxxing.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            Both the original and amended complaints accuse the Tiffith brothers of sexual harassment and sexual misconduct (per <i><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/tde-lawsuit-alleged-sexual-misconduct-doxxing-1235272240\/\">Rolling Stone<\/a><\/i>). They allege &#8220;pervasive culture of sexual harassment within TDE, implicating some of its highest-ranking executives.&#8221; Luna also claims she is owed thousands of dollars from TDE, with whom she states she began working for in 2019.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            Luna alleges Brandon Tiffith had been drinking alcohol and smoking weed when he attempted to force her into oral sex. The complainant says she was dizzy from the second-hand smoke and that he told her &#8220;you know this was bound to h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>en\u201d during the assault.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            Screenshots of text messages sent between Luna and Moosa allegedly show him telling her she is \u201ctoo fine\u201d to work with and that he finds \u201cunattractive works best\u201d when employing people. Luna also claims that Moosa \u201cattempted to come over to her house at night, unannounced\u201d to have sex with an unnamed woman, per the complaint.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            A <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/archive.ph\/o\/vSl1G\/https:\/\/www.arnslaw.com\/blog\/2025\/01\/31\/arns-davis-law-and-brandon-banks-law-file-lawsuit-against-top-dawg-entertainment-for-sexual-harassment-and-assault\/\">post<\/a> on the website of the plaintiff\u2019s counsel states that the women are \u201cseeking damages for emotional distress, economic harm, and violations of their rights under California law; as well as punitive damages for TDE\u2019s ratification of the sexual misconduct of its officers.\u201d\n          <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-268216\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<h5 class=\"headline\" style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_have_Moosa_and_Brandon_Tiffith_said_about_the_lawsuit\"><\/span>\n        <b>What have Moosa and Brandon Tiffith said about the lawsuit?<\/b><br \/>\n      <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>\n            In the statement that exposed Luna and Altayri&#8217;s identities, Singer denied the accusations on behalf of his clients. He accused the plaintiffs of a \u201cbaseless\u201d lawsuit based on \u201cfabricated claims\u201d that amounts to a &#8220;shakedown.&#8221; The Tiffiths&#8217; statement alleged that they had received a demand for $48 million from the women while claiming to possess text messages that prove their innocence.\n          <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-268217\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<h5 class=\"headline\" style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_have_the_women_responded\"><\/span>\n        <b>How have the women responded?<\/b><br \/>\n      <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>\n            On February 5, Luna and Altayri filed an amendment to their complaint and officially listed their names as plaintiffs while adding doxxing as a cause in their suit. Both women claim to have received harassment from third parties since beginning their legal action in 2024.\n          <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-268220\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<h5 class=\"headline\" style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Are_any_TDE_artists_mentioned_in_the_lawsuit\"><\/span>\n        <b>Are any TDE artists mentioned in the lawsuit?<\/b><br \/>\n      <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>\n            Yes, though not by name. The second complainant, Altayri, claims to be a friend of a TDE artist referred to as Artist A in the lawsuit. Altayri claims she was the victim of sexual misconduct while living in a property owned by TDE. She says a known affiliate of the label, known as B-Dawg, brushed his erect penis against Artist A while inside the house.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            She also claims that David Harrell, who lists himself as working in film and TV management at TDE on his <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/david-hwood-harrell-86030046\">LinkedIn<\/a> page, attempted to sexually assault her. In her complaint, Altayri says Harrell drove her to his apartment and urged her to drink alcohol, despite her being under the legal drinking age at the time. It is then that the complaint alleges \u201cHarrell started removing Ms. Altayri\u2019s pants and touching her intimate areas&#8221; before picking her up and throwing her on his bed.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            Two further TDE artists, referred to as Artist I and Artist S, are also named in the complaint. In both instances Luna and Altayri say that Artist A told them of their own incidents of misconduct.
