Drake has postponed the remaining dates on his Australia and New Zealand tour.<\/p>\n
The surprise cancelation follows rumors that the tour was set to be cut short after tickets were removed from sale for the remaining shows.<\/p>\n

Drake\u2019s representatives then confirmed that the concerts are indeed no longer going ahead, though they are working on rescheduling.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are actively working on rescheduling these dates along with adding some additional shows,\u201d his team told Rolling Stone<\/a><\/em>. \u201cAll tickets for the affected shows will remain valid for the new dates. Refunds will be available for those who prefer, but please note that as these shows are sold out, any refunded tickets will be released for sale.\u201d<\/p>\n Drizzy\u2019s Anita Max Win Tour was originally scheduled for 14 shows between early February and mid March, but the rapp<\/a>er only performed 10 concerts down under, leaving thousands of fans disappointed.<\/p>\n Dates in Brisbane, Sydney and Auckland are due to be rescheduled.<\/p>\n Drake himself has not yet commented on the tour\u2019s premature end.<\/p>\n The Toronto native has garnered headlines throughout his overseas tour thanks to his financial generosity towards fans.<\/p>\n At his final show in Brisbane, he offered to cover the costs of cancer treatment for one attendee\u2019s mother.<\/p>\n After noticing someone in the crowd holding up a sign that read \u201cMums Cancer Treatment,\u201d Drake said: \u201cI can\u2019t ignore this right here. Everybody has been pointing to this man all night\u2026 This is important.\u201d<\/p>\n He continued: \u201cMake some noise for anybody in this world that\u2019s fighting any disease, but especially cancer. That\u2019s real soldiers, real gangsta.\u201d<\/p>\n He then made his much-anticipated offer to help.<\/p>\n \u201cLet me tell you something, my man,\u201d he continued. \u201cI\u2019m not even going to put a number on it.
