FTX creditor repayments being facilitated a little over 2 years after FTX\u2019s shock collapse is a \u201cwin\u201d given all the jurisdictional issues that were involved, an industry pundit said.<\/p>\n
A crypto trader and marketing executive who correctly predicted FTX\u2019s collapse said FTX creditor repayments coming a little over two years after the incident is a \u201cwin\u201d \u2014 all things considered.<\/p>\n
\u201cI thought it would take longer, just because there’s so many jurisdictional issues, you’re working with so many different governments, different levels of enforcement, different levels of compliance,\u201d Ishan Bhaidani told Cointelegraph\u2019s Turner Wright in a Feb. 28 interview at ETHDenver in Denver, Colorado.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou’re working with the Bahamas, FTX is multinational\u2026 and then obviously the US and a lot of money from US investors, so candidly, I thought it would take longer,\u201d Bhaidani said.<\/p>\n
