The move ends what the exchange calls a \u201cwasteful, politically motivated campaign\u201d and \u201cclears the path toward a stable, forward-thinking regulatory regime.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Kraken, the lawsuit is being dismissed with prejudice, with no admission of wrongdoing, no penalties paid, and no changes to Kraken\u2019s business.
