class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>\n            Jay-Z has filed a lawsuit against the anonymous woman who accused him of rape and her attorneys Tony Buzbee and David Fortney, the <i><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2025\/03\/03\/arts\/jay-z-rape-accuser-lawsuit.html\">New York Times<\/a><\/i> reports. The woman accused Jay-Z and Sean &#8220;Diddy&#8221; Combs of drugging and raping her at a party in 2000 when she was 13; she withdrew her lawsuit last month.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            Jay-Z&#8217;s legal action was filed on Monday in federal court in Alabama, where the woman lives.  Buzbee and Fortney are accused of being party to an \u201cevil conspiracy\u201d to use \u201cfalse and malicious\u201d allegations as a means of securing a lucrative settlement. The suit states that the accuser \u201cvoluntarily admitted\u201d to Jay-Z&#8217;s team that Buzbee \u201cpushed\u201d her to make the allegations, despite her telling him they were not true.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            Buzbee has responded by saying that the suit has \u201cno legal merit\u201d and that his client continues to stand by her account. \u201cAfter speaking with Jane Doe today, it <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ears that the quotes attributed to her in the lawsuit are completely made up, or they spoke to someone who isn\u2019t Jane Doe,\u201da statement given to the <i>Times<\/i> reads. \u201cThis is just another attempt to intimidate and bully this poor woman that we will deal with in due course. We won\u2019t be bullied or intimidated by frivolous cases.\u201d\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            Last month the plaintiff acknowledged that she had \u201cmade some mistakes\u201d with her allegations and <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/jay-z-diddy-rape-allegations-b3e8c611b92816e8b500c21e4af40f2a\">withdrew her claim<\/a>.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            This is Jay-Z&#8217;s second lawsuit involving Buzbee, who he <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/jay-z-defamation-claim-tony-buzbee-sean-combs-1235279990\/\">first sued in Los Angeles<\/a> last year for extortion and defamation.
