Trip<\/a>wire Interactive has delayed<\/a> horror first-person shooter Killing Floor III<\/em> from its previously planned March 25 release date to later in 2025. A specific date was not announced. It will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series<\/a>, and PC via Steam<\/a> and Epic Games Store<\/a>. <\/p>\n

All existing pre-orders will be cancelled and refunded. A full FAQ outlining this process for each platforms is available via the Tripwire Interactive Forums<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Dear Killing Floor<\/em> Fans,<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve made the decision to postpone Killing Floor III<\/em>\u2018s launch to an undecided date later in 2025.<\/p>\n

After taking the time to gather and discuss feedback from our recent closed beta, we\u2019ve realized that we missed the mark. Our goal isn\u2019t just to make Killing Floor III<\/em> an ambitious step forward for the franchise, but also to maintain the core experience that you\u2019ve come to know and love.<\/p>\n

With the full support of our parent company Embracer Group, we\u2019re working together on a timeline to address many of the common issues players had during the beta, including performance \/ stability, user interface \/ user experience, lighting, and weapon feel. While it\u2019s too early to say which fixes will be implemented by launch, we can confirm that an update allowing you to independently select your perk class and character is planned for post-release.<\/p>\n
