Diddy is facing fresh allegations in a second superseding indictment in his sex trafficking and racketeering case.<\/p>\n
The superseding indictment, unsealed on Thursday (March 6), does not include fresh charges but claims the Bad Boy boss forced employees to work long hours with little sleep under the threat of physical and reputational harm.<\/p>\n

He is also accused of forcing at least one employee to engage in sexual acts with him.<\/p>\n
The filing claims Diddy \u201ccaused these employees to believe they would be harmed \u2014 including by losing their jobs \u2014 if they did not comply with his demands.\u201d<\/p>\n
It continues: \u201cWith respect to one employee, Combs used physical force, psychological harm, financial harm and reputational harm, and \/or threats of the same to cause the employee to engage in sex acts with Combs.\u201d<\/p>\n
Diddy is currently scheduled to be arraigned on the indictment next week (March 14), with prosecutors not expecting the additional allegations to affect his May 5 trial start date.<\/p>\n
In a statement, the mogul\u2019s lawyer Marc Agnifilo said: \u201cMr. Combs has said it before and will say it again: he vehemently denies the accusations made by the SDNY [Southern District of New York]. He looks forward to his day in court when it will become clear that he has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will.\u201d<\/p>\n
Agnifilo also stated that many of Diddy\u2019s past and present employees \u201cstand by his side, prepared to attest to the dedication, hard work and inspiration they experienced while helping build groundbreaking, award-winning businesses.\u201d<\/p>\n
The first superseding indictment added two extra victims to Puffy\u2019s sex trafficking charges.<\/p>\n
The original indictment from last September named just one victim, referred to as \u201cVictim-1,\u201d who all signs point to being his ex-girlfriend\u00a0Cassie. The two other women were also unnamed in the superseding indictment.<\/p>\n
The filing claimed that Diddy \u201cused force, threats of force, and coercion, to cause victims, including but not limited to three female victims, to engage in commercial sex acts,\u201d known as\u00a0\u201cfreak offs.\u201d<\/p>\n
It also expanded the timeline of the allegations, claiming his criminal conduct occurred between 2004 and 2024 \u2014 four years longer than the original indictment stated.<\/p>\n
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges and has been held behind bars in Brooklyn without bail since his arrest last year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
