The Lithuanian national was reportedly <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" data-ct-non-breakable=\"null\" href=\"https:\/\/krebsonsecurity.com\/2025\/03\/alleged-co-founder-of-garantex-arrested-in-india\/\" rel=\"null\" target=\"null\" title=\"null\">vacationing<\/a> in India with his family and planning to leave the country.
