Talk With Flee<\/em> that premiered this week, the Dipset legend set the record straight on his relationship with the iconic singer.<\/p>\n\u201cShe\u2019s a friend. She\u2019s a good friend. It\u2019s nothing less or nothing more than that. She\u2019s a super-duper good friend,\u201d he said. \u201cWe were never together. We were never a couple, nothing like that.\u201d<\/p>\n
Detailing how their friendship began, he explained: \u201cShe liked a song of mine and then we did \u2018Boy\u2019 and we hung out. She invited me [to Aspen]. Honestly, Mariah\u2019s the first person who made me realize that it was festive in Aspen about 20-something years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI drunk some wine, she had a pool house, we chilled out there,\u201d he added. \u201cShe took me to Capri, to Italy. She took me to a lot of different places. Thank you for helping me experience some things at a young age that I do for fun now.\u201d<\/p>\n
Cam also revealed that Mariah has several Dipset chains in her possession but brushed off suggestions that they were gifted to her after sexual favors.<\/p>\n
The Harlem native also gave Carey props as an artist, saying: \u201cWe gotta realize, when it comes to Mariah Carey, because she\u2019s such a pop figure and so popular around the world and a mega superstar, people don\u2019t give Mariah Carey a lot of credit for putting Hip Hop in her music and videos.<\/p>\n
