JAY-Z\u2018s sexual assault accuser has said that the recently-unearthed recording of her app<\/a>earing to retract her allegations against the superstar is not to be believed.<\/p>\n As part of one of the superstar\u2019s multiple lawsuits against the anonymous woman and her attorney Tony Buzbee, TMZ\u00a0<\/em>reported on Thursday (March 13) that the woman filed a declaration saying that there were previously unknown circumstances surrounding the recording.<\/p>\n AD LOADING…<\/p>\n<\/div>\n She says that two private investigators showed up unannounced at her house. During their conversation, she says, she wasn\u2019t \u201ccalm, natural, or at ease\u201d and \u201ctrembled the entire time we spoke.\u201d<\/p>\n She also says: \u201cI never stated (whether once or 4 times) that Mr. Carter did not assault me.\u201d<\/p>\n The woman also denies saying that it was Buzbee who pushed her to sue Hov.<\/p>\n \u201cI never made any such statements to [investigator Charlotte] Henderson or any other person,\u201d the declaration reads.<\/p>\n News<\/a> of the recording broke on Wednesday (March 12) when an excerpt of a meeting between two private investigators and the Jane Doe was\u00a0shared by ABC News<\/a>.<\/p>\n In the excerpt, one investigator asks her of JAY-Z: \u201cHe was just there, but he didn\u2019t have anything to do with any sexual acts towards you?\u201d<\/p>\n The woman replied, \u201cYeah.\u201d<\/p>\n She also said that \u201cHe\u201d \u2014 meaning her attorney Tony Buzbee \u2014 \u201cwas the one that kind of pushed me towards going forward with him, with JAY-Z.\u201d<\/p>\n Hov\u2019s attorney Alex Spiro responded to the audio.<\/p>\n \u201cShe says in no uncertain terms Mr. Carter did not do this,\u201d he told ABC News. \u201cIt\u2019s effectively a lie and the only reason Mr. Carter is even involved in this is because she was pushed to involve him.\u201d<\/p>\n Buzbee denied that he forced the woman to accuse the rap icon.<\/p>\n \u201cAs far as the suggestion that I pushed Jane Doe to bring a case against Jay Z \u2013 That is a blatant lie that is directly contrary to all the documentary evidence,\u201d he said in a statement provided to ABC News.<\/p>\n The anonymous woman has continued to say\u00a0that she stands by her story which she\u00a0previously admitted contained inconsistencies.<\/p>\n She has also accused the 55-year-old billionaire and his team of harassing her and attempting to get her to sign an affidavit admitting her claims were false.<\/p>\n In her lawsuit, filed late last year by high-profile lawyer Tony Buzbee on behalf of an anonymous client, Hov is accused of sexually assaulting the then-teenager at an afterparty following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards which were held in New York City.<\/p>\n The lawsuit was originally filed in October with Diddy as a defendant and JAY-Z referred to anonymously as \u201cCelebrity A.\u201dThe suit was refiled on December 8 and named JAY (born Shawn Carter) as a defendant, according to court documents viewed by HipHopDX.<\/p>\n The suit was voluntarily dismissed last month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
