Ma$e has surprisingly shown love to Diddy as he awaits trial for sex trafficking charges, despite their well-documented issues.<\/p>\n

After previously mocking Puffy\u2019s legal problems, the former Bad Boy rapp<\/a>er spoke about the topic in some depth for the first time on his sports talk show It Is What It Is<\/em> on Monday (March 17).<\/p>\n

The subject was brought up by his co-host Cam\u2019ron, who mentioned rumors that Ma$e had a tense encounter with Diddy\u2019s son Christian Combs at the funeral of Biggie\u2019s mother Voletta Wallace last week.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think we looked at each other but I don\u2019t think he saw me. I would have said what\u2019s up,\u201d Ma$e replied.<\/p>\n

The Harlem World<\/em> hitmaker then revealed that he\u2019s open to visiting his former label boss in jail.<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, if my name was on the list, I\u2019d go visit Puff,\u201d he said. \u201cI would visit him, make sure he was good. These are the times when you need people to check up and make sure you\u2019re good.<\/p>\n

\u201cNot that I condone any thing that he allegedly did. Until they prove it, you want to make sure that you don\u2019t be like one of those people that [condemns] somebody [who] did good for you. He didn\u2019t do all bad, he did some good. He definitely did some good.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ma$e added: \u201cI ain\u2019t talking about the tape stuff and all of that; I\u2019m talking about just the musical side, giving me an opportunity. I think as a person of class you definitely got to show up and sit somewhere in the court if they let you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cam then put Murda in the hot seat and asked if he thinks Diddy is innocent, to which he replied: \u201cI don\u2019t know.\u201d<\/p>\n
