Cordae\u2018s debut on Tiny Desk Concert<\/em> has made a lot of fans happ<\/a>y, but none more so than his mom.<\/p>\n

As part of his 20-minute set on the popular NPR<\/em> series<\/a>, the DMV rapper performed \u201c06 Dreamin\u201d from his latest album The Crossroads<\/em>, which sampled a song that his mother recorded in the mid \u201900s when she was an aspiring singer.<\/p>\n

Bringing the touching track full circle, Cordae brought out his mom, Jennifer Dunston, to perform her sections of \u201c06 Dreamin\u201d in a truly heartwarming moment.<\/p>\n

The 27-year-old later commented on the mother-son duet, writing on X: \u201cBrought my momma on to my tiny desk ! It was always a dream of hers to be a singer, so I wanted to share this moment w her !\u201d<\/p>\n
