NBA YoungBoy will be home earlier than expected, as his prison release date has been moved up quite a bit.<\/p>\n

On Thursday (March 20), the Federal Bureau of Prisons database<\/a> updated his release from July 27 of this year to three months earlier on April 26 \u2013 so YB will be home in just over a month.<\/p>\n

The controversial rapper previously agreed to a plea deal for a gun possession charge, as well as his involvement in a prescript<\/a>ion medication fraud scheme. The result was a 23 month sentence, five years of probation and a $200,000 fine.<\/p>\n

He also had to give up the guns in question to the authorities.<\/p>\n

That deal appears to have since been amended, with YoungBoy receiving a sentencing reduction to include time served up until May 2024.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, Birdman\u2019s brother, Terrance \u201cGangsta\u201d Williams, alleged that NBA YoungBoy had been thrown into solitary confinement at FCI Talladega federal prison in Alabama for hitting a Mississippi man \u201cwith a two-piece\u201d who had yelled out Lil Durk\u2018s crew name \u201cOTF\u201d upon seeing the rapper.<\/p>\n

There is a history of beef between the pair and their respective crews, and it\u2019s possible the man was just trying to bait YB without even actually being a part of OTF.<\/p>\n

But to Williams, YB is \u201cin there standing on business,\u201d and it apparently has not affected his prison release date.<\/p>\n

Back in 2023,YB admitted that his beef with Durk is all for \u201centertainment\u201d after Gillie Da Kid said he wanted the two to squash their feud.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf both of them could hit the stage in the same night, it could show the young\u2019uns that that shit ain\u2019t that serious,\u201d the rapper-turned-podcaster said. \u201cThe beef ain\u2019t that serious. None of this drama is that serious.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a video he captioned, \u201cIt ain\u2019t what you think OG all this shit entertainment,\u201d YoungBoy appeared to accept Gillie\u2019s request while acknowledging he is still under house arrest.<\/p>\n

The Baton Rouge rap star also revealed that he and Lil Durk, who have been beefing on and off since 2021, talk every \u201ctwo or three nights\u201d about music.<\/p>\n

Durk later responded to YoungBoy, although it appears their issues are not yet settled as the Chicago rapper accused his rival of sending him a false home address.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou lied bout sending the address 7x when I asked I\u2019m finna grab my coat 1 more time send the address,\u201d he wrote on his Instagram Stories.<\/p>\n

YoungBoy later clarified the situation by saying in a video that his legal issues were what was stopping Durk from visiting his home.<\/p>\n

\u201cBro, my [probation officer] gotta approve you, it don\u2019t work like that. You gon\u2019 send my ass to jail,\u201d he said, while captioning the clip: \u201cI love tf out you help me bih @lildurk.\u201d<\/p>\n

The friction between the pair began in late 2021 when Lil Durk\u2019s close friend and labelmate King Von was murdered during an altercation with Quando Rondo \u2014 an affiliate of NBA YoungBoy \u2014 and his crew.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
