According to <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2025\/04\/11\/diddy-accuser-lawsuit-amended-removes-beyonce-jay-z\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>TMZ<\/em><\/a>, the move came after JAY-Z\u2019s attorney Alex Spiro warned Joseph\u2019s legal team about making false allegations in the lawsuit after proving to him that the couple \u201cwere nowhere near Miami at the time of the alleged incident.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The remaining high-profile names are still mentioned in the filing but are not being sued themselves, with the exception of Emilio Estefan.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">A federal lawsuit against Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs that alleged Jay-Z and Beyonce were witnesses to the \u201cfreak off\u201d along with watchmaker Jacob Arabo, singer Gloria Estefan and basketball star LeBron James has been amended to remove any reference to Jay-Z and Beyonce. <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Os9lJlkfBH\">pic.twitter.com\/Os9lJlkfBH<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Meghann Cuniff (@meghanncuniff) <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/meghanncuniff\/status\/1910831002173211073?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 11, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>In the initial lawsuit, Joseph made a number of wild claims including that Diddy was hosting a birthday party for his son Christian Combs at Emilio and Gloria Estefan\u2019s mansion in Miami and forced Joseph to wear a penis mask at the event.<\/p>\n<p>The plaintiff alleges that he was initially drugged and transported to the property, where Gloria ordered someone to call an ambulance after seeing the \u201cdrug-induced stupor\u201d that he was in.<\/p>\n<p>Joseph says that Estefan\u2019s husband Emilio silenced her and led her away, after which he saw LeBron James wearing nothing but a towel.<\/p>\n<p>He claims the NBA star saw him and said: \u201cY\u2019all better do something about that!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Joseph alleges that he was then led down a secret tunnel to Diddy\u2019s mansion by porn star Adria English, which is where he says he saw JAY-Z and Beyonc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>In the suit, Joseph claims that he heard a shocked Bey say: \u201cWhat\u2019s this? What\u2019s this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a cock mask standing here in front of me?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also alleges that the party was attended by Jacob Arabo, who remarked: \u201cWhat\u2019s this? What\u2019s going on with this guy? Why is he standing here staring at me with a penis str<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ed to his face?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Alex Spiro\u00a0vehemently denied the claims on behalf of JAY-Z, saying: \u201cMr Carter wasn\u2019t in Florida at that time to witness this incident \u2014 he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our \u2018justice system.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>LeBron James\u2019 legal team also blasted the lawsuit, commenting: \u201cThis is demonstrably false and doesn\u2019t even merit a report or response. A basic internet search shows what LeBron was doing all of April 2015.
