US District Judge Barbara Rothstein said she granted the motion because the two lawsuits were very similar and it would promote efficiency and avoid duplicative litigation.<\/p>\n
A US judge has granted Binance\u2019s motion to transfer a case involving allegations it facilitated money laundering to the Southern District of Florida due to a similar case that had already been before the courts there.<\/p>\n
