Kid Cudi has officially put his Calabasas, California home on the market and he\u2019s hoping to turn a minor profit on it.<\/p>\n

According to The Robb Report<\/em><\/a>, the Cleveland native has listed his home for $8.5 million after copping it for $7.7 million just under four years ago in summer 2021.<\/p>\n

Built in 2001, amenities in the six bed, eight bath house include a movie theater, a full gym with its own bath, a fire pit, a sports court, a putting green and a resort-like backyard with a lagoon-style pool that has a spa, waterfalls \u2013 just to name a few things!<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Kid Cudi was a hot property at Pharrell\u2018s digital auction, fetching over $850,000 from selling a slew of his personal possessions.<\/p>\n

Through the auction house, Joopiter, which is owned by the Neptunes hitmaker, Cudi put a number of highly-sought after items on the market, ranging from jewelry and clothes to sneakers and artwork.<\/p>\n

In total, the auction brought in $857,439, with the biggest sale being a custom Jacob & Co 14-karat N.E.R.D. pendant that was originally commissioned by Pharrell in 2005.<\/p>\n

Cudi bought it at a previous auction but opted to put it back up for sale, with the winning bid coming in at $243,750 \u2014 more than double the estimate.<\/p>\n

A one-of-a-kind Ben Baller x Takashi Murakami x Kid Cudi chain also collected $187,500, which was below its $200,000 guide price.<\/p>\n

Another eye-catching item on the auction block was a pair of Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1 Low sneakers designed by Virgil Abloh, which went for $82,500.<\/p>\n

The Lonely Stoner also parted ways with a Ben Baller chain that depicts the rapp<\/a>er in 18-karat gold, diamonds, sapphires and rubies. That piece went for $43,750.<\/p>\n

Fans with deep pockets also got their hands on Cudi\u2019s rare collection of vintage music T-shirts, which included original items from the likes of Eminem, Michael Jackson and Nirvana.<\/p>\n

In total, 75 items were put up for auction as part of what was dubbed \u201cOn Another Planet: The Collection of Kid Cudi.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

Cudi spoke to GQ<\/em><\/a> about the move, saying: \u201cJoopiter has been wanting to do something with me for a while, so I recently reached out to the team and let them know I had some stuff I was willing to part with, things I\u2019ve collected throughout my career.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also said of his Michael Jackson T-shirt: \u201cAnybody who goes vintage shopping in the best places knows there\u2019s always so many dope Michael Jackson shirts. If you\u2019re a collector, you\u2019re bound to have more than one It\u2019s just really rare when you find them because everybody sees them and they buy \u2019em up, so it took me some time to really think about letting this one go.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
