Kanye West has provided an update on Lil Uzi Vert\u2018s health condition after the rapp<\/a>er was hospitalized in New York City for an undetermined illness.<\/p>\n

According to TMZ<\/a><\/em>, paramedics got a call on Monday afternoon (April 21) for what was reported as a \u201csick person\u201d in Lower Manhattan. They remained hospitalized the following day with little details about what exactly happened, but on Wednesday (April 23), Ye shared an update.<\/p>\n

\u201cUZI is okay,\u201d he assured his followers on X with a screenshot of a text with producer Digital Nas \u2013 who had sent screenshots of a text thread he\u2019d had with someone closer to Uzi.<\/p>\n

The first text read, \u201cThey saying he\u2019s dehydrated but I know there\u2019s more to it,\u201d followed shortly after by, \u201cVert\u2019s cousin just confirmed that Uzi\u2019s okay.\u201d<\/p>\n
