The software is designed to modernise existing military vehicles through AI, sensor systems, and autonomous driving capabilities. The company estimates it can retrofit 50,000 NATO vehicles with the tech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The co-founder and CEO of ARX, Marc Wietfeld \u2014 who will speak at <\/span><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/41IbD3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TNW Conference<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the Assembly<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in June \u2014 wants his company to become the European leader in the segment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe demand for modular, software-driven defence systems is growing rapidly \u2014 and we\u2019re building the company that will define this category in Europe\u201d, said Wietfeld.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Earlier this month, ARX announced plans to invest \u00a345mn into a new UK facility, where it will build its autonomous ground vehicles. The largest carries military payloads weighing up to 500kg \u2014 including injured soldiers \u2014 across the battlefield.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The robots are modular, built using off-the-shelf components made in Europe. They\u2019re designed so soldiers can fix them on the battlefield within minutes, without tools. The vehicles move around autonomously, but military personnel can also control them remotely from a tablet.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rise_of_defence_tech\"><\/span><strong>Rise of defence tech<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The armed forces of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, and the UK have already conducted field tests of ARX\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"4\" title=\"Technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technology<\/a>. In February, the company delivered 30 of its war bots to Ukrainian Armed Forces units engaged in active combat. The European Defence Agency (EDA) also recently contracted ARX to participate in the first EU-wide defence innovation initiative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cARX Robotics has fielded the largest Western UGV fleet to Ukraine and we look forward to continuing to support the company as it expands its reach across NATO nations,\u201d said Chris O\u2019Connor, partner at NATO Innovation Fund.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HV Capital was the leading investor in the company\u2019s new <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Series<\/a> A funding round.
