Now, credit card giants Visa and Mastercard are getting into the AI <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>. Visa announced on Wednesday \u201c<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/usa.visa.com\/about-visa\/newsroom\/press-releases.releaseId.21361.html\">Intelligent Commerce<\/a>,\u201d which it says enables AI \u201cto find and buy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI agents will be able to shop and make purchases on behalf of consumers, based on preselected preferences.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a statement, Visa Chief Product and Strategy Officer Jack Forestell said: \u201cEach consumer sets the limits, and Visa helps manage the rest.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visa says that it is collaborating with a mix of tech giants and startups to develop AI-powered shopping experiences that are \u201cmore personal, more secure, and more convenient.\u201d Those companies include Anthropic, IBM, Microsoft, Mistral AI, OpenAI, Perplexity, Samsung, and S<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a>e, among others.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The move follows Mastercard\u2019s <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mastercard.com\/news\/press\/2025\/april\/mastercard-unveils-agent-pay-pioneering-agentic-payments-technology-to-power-commerce-in-the-age-of-ai\/\">announcement<\/a> on Tuesday that it would give AI agents the ability to shop online for consumers. Mastercard said its new Agent Pay offering \u201cwill enhance generative AI conversations for people and businesses alike\u201d by integrating payments into tailored recommendations and insights already provided on conversational platforms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a statement, it said: \u201cThis means that for a soon-to-be-30-year-old planning her milestone birthday party, she can now chat with an AI agent to proactively curate a selection of outfits and accessories from local boutiques and online retailers based on her style, the venue\u2019s ambience, and weather forecasts. Based on her preferences and feedback, the intelligent agent can make the purchase, and also recommend the best way to pay, for example, using Mastercard One Credential.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mastercard said it will work with Microsoft on new use cases to scale \u201cagentic commerce,\u201d as well as with IBM, Braintree, and Checkout.com on other aspects of AI-powered shopping.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visa and Mastercard aren\u2019t the only ones allowing for AI-powered shopping. Earlier this month, Amazon announced the start of testing of a new AI shopping agent, a feature it calls \u201cBuy for Me,\u201d with a subset of users.OpenAI, Google, and Perplexity have also showcased similar agents that can visit websites and help users make purchases.
