Diddy will be allowed to dress how he pleases in court during his sex trafficking trial.<\/p>\n

The Bad Boy Records mogul petitioned the court to be able to dress in suits during his trial instead of prison overalls and the judge has signed off on granting him his wish to wear something other than a jail jumpsuit.<\/p>\n

Per court documents, Diddy has been granted permission to have five button-down shirts, five pairs of pants, five sweaters, five pairs of socks and two pairs of shoes without laces to wear to court.<\/p>\n

During the various hearings Diddy has been forced to attend in the lead up to the trial, the record executive has been seen wearing his prison uniform.<\/p>\n

Even though the trial is set to begin in just a few days, Diddy and his legal team are still battling the government on various matters.<\/p>\n

The currently jailed rap mogul wants a judge to ban opposing attorneys from discussing his sex trafficking case in public as he claims it will affect his right to a fair trial.<\/p>\n

Diddy also alleged that allowing the attorneys to speak freely could bias the jury pool against him.<\/p>\n

A number of attorneys have done media<\/a> interviews about the case including those representing witnesses in the upcoming trial.<\/p>\n

Cassie\u2019s attorney, Douglas Wigdor, has previously made public statements about Diddy, mainly over the security footage of the rapp<\/a>er and producer assaulting his former girlfriend in a hotel corridor.<\/p>\n

Wigdor said: \u201cThe gut-wrenching video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs. Words cannot express the courage and fortitude that Ms. Ventura has shown in coming forward to bring this to light.\u201d<\/p>\n

Diddy previously filed a motion to try and get certain pieces of evidence\u00a0relating to his sex trafficking charges barred from the trial.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
