There\u2019s also his recent controversies which has turned many fans away \u2013 resulting in a meager 5.9k units sold.<\/p>\n<p>Had it been released the prior Friday, forecasts say it would have done around 21k, which is still vastly lower than anything Ye has ever put out.<\/p>\n<p>The project originally arrived in February 2022, but West shunned a traditional release and fans could only listen to the album if they bought a Stem Player.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Ye\u2019s \u2018DONDA 2\u2019 officially sells 5.9K units first week \ud83d\udcca<\/p>\n<p>With a full tracking week, it would\u2019ve been on pace to sell around 21K units. <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/vhSbqfYe7h\">pic.twitter.com\/vhSbqfYe7h<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Kurrco (@Kurrco) <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Kurrco\/status\/1918745832058147110?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">May 3, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>The album largely remains the same from the version that could be heard on the Stem Player however there are some notable differences.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-player\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ad-background\" src=\"https:\/\/hiphopdx.com\/assets\/img\/DX-City_Silhouette.png\" alt=\"HipHopDX | Rap &amp; Hip Hop News | Ad Placeholder\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-indicator-container\">\n<div class=\"ad-indicator\">AD<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"border\">\n<div class=\"ad-border-top\">\n<div class=\"left-border\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ad-loading-text\">\n<p>AD LOADING&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"right-border\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ad-border-bottom\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"vc-player\" class=\"video-player-ad\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ad-indicator\">AD<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>West\u2019s controversial collaboration with The <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Game<\/a> titled \u201cEazy\u201d has been axed completely from the album while there is a new joint with Future on the project called \u201cMr Miyagi\u201d, which also features vocals from Playboi Carti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c530\u201d also <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>eared on Ty Dolla $ign joint project <em>Vultures 2<\/em> in a relatively unfinished state but the song has been tidied up by West for <em>DONDA 2<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Other artists to feature on <em>DONDA 2<\/em> include Travis Scott, Jack Harlow, XXXTENTACION, Baby Keem and Alicia Keys.<\/p>\n<p>West also kept the same artwork from the initial drop on his Stem Player which features a picture of the rapper\u2019s childhood home on fire.<\/p>\n<p>In other <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a>, Kanye West also recently announced plans to drop his previously unreleased album <em>Yandhi<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Originally planned for release in 2018, West later turned the project into his gospel-inspired album <em>Jesus is King,<\/em> though various Yandhi leaks have made their way onto the internet over the years.<\/p>\n<p>Other tracks such as \u201cHurricane\u201d and \u201cWe Got Love\u201d were also repurposed for other projects, while \u201cNew Body\u201d was supposed to feature on <em>Vultures<\/em> but Nicki Minaj refused to clear her verse.<\/p>\n<p>However, West\u2019s livestream from Spain has revealed that he still plans on putting the album out.<\/p>\n<p>He said:\u00a0 \u201cWe gotta release <em>Yandhi<\/em>,\u201d though he didn\u2019t provide further details.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
