\n\tRange Music is launching a composer division, the company announced on Thursday, bringing on veteran agent Jeff Jernigan as the new division\u2019s first official hire.<\/p>\n

\n\tJernigan comes to Range from Kraft-Engel Management, one of the most prominent composer representation companies in the business. Before Kraft-Engel, he worked at BMG Music Publishing, as well as at performing rights organization ASCAP. Jernigan\u2019s client list includes composers Steve Price (Gravity), <\/em>Tom Howe (Ted Lasso)<\/em>, Raffertie (The Substance), <\/em>Brandon Roberts (Andor)<\/em>, Joseph Stephens (The Righteous Gemstones), <\/em>Disasterpeace (It Follows), <\/em>and Helen Park (KPOP), <\/em>as well as music supervisors Amanda Krieg Thomas and Steven Gizicki.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt\u2019s an incredible time for music in media<\/a>, and Range is a perfect home for those creators,\u201d Jernigan said in a statement. \u201cI\u2019m extremely excited to build a vibrant representation business with the unparalleled flow of information and opportunity that this company and team provide.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tJernigan had worked with Range in the past, specifically with Range\u2019s co-president of film & production, Fred Berger; Berger produced La La Land <\/em>and A Complete Unknown, <\/em>both of which had Gizicki serving as music supervisor. Range Media Partners\u2018 music division manages artists, songwriters and producers including Jack Harlow, Noah Cyrus, Shaboozey, Saweetie, Dylan Gossett, Sean Douglas and Wondagurl. <\/p>\n
