Diddy\u2018s trial for sex trafficking underwent an eventful first day as the prosecution\u2019s first witness made a number of explicit claims about his relationship with the Bad Boy Records founder and Cassie.<\/p>\n

Daniel Philip, a 41-year-old male escort first became entangled with the couple in 2012 and his sexual relations with them would last around a year.<\/p>\n

During his testimony, Philip claimed that during one sex session with Cassie, she asked him to urinate in her mouth.<\/p>\n

It was previously said by prosecutor, Emily Johnson that: \u201cCassie will tell you that she felt like she was choking when Combs made an escort urinate in her mouth.\u201d<\/p>\n

Philip\u2019s testimony mostly consisted of him describing his sexual relationship with Cassie and Diddy.<\/p>\n

He described the encounters as having sex with Cassie while Diddy watched, masturbated and sometimes instructed.<\/p>\n

Philip claims he was paid thousands of dollars for each encounter with the couple.<\/p>\n

Philip said that the sex would last from anywhere between one hour and 10 hours.<\/p>\n

He also claimed that he felt threatened by Diddy after the record executive took a photograph of his driving license for \u201cinsurance\u201d.<\/p>\n

Philip also alleged that he was given MDMA by Diddy which led to him feeling \u201cphysically sick\u201d and giving away all of his money in Times Square.<\/p>\n

Philip further claims that he was witness to Diddy physically assaulting Cassie.<\/p>\n

His testimony alleged that he saw Diddy throw a bottle at his then girlfriend before the producer grabbed her by the hair and dragged her into another room.<\/p>\n

Philip then claims he heard slapp<\/a>ing noises.<\/p>\n

Asked why he did not intervene, Philip said: \u201cI was shocked. It came out of nowhere. I was terrified. I didn\u2019t know what to do. In my mind \u2026 if I tried to do something I might lose my life.\u201d He added, \u201cMy thoughts were, [Combs] was someone with unlimited power. \u2026 My life was at risk.\u201d<\/p>\n

Philip also detailed that he had difficulties \u201cstaying hard\u201d in the presence of Diddy after witnessing the alleged abuse and that he would not be paid if he could not perform sexually.<\/p>\n

Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all charges. The trial continues today (May 13).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
