Kendrick Lamar has created yet more chart history as \u201cLuther\u201d remains at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 for a twelfth consecutive week.<\/p>\n

The SZA collaboration now holds the record for most weeks at number one for a song with co-billed solo men and women, surpassing Diddy and Faith Evans\u2019 1994 Biggie tribute \u201cI\u2019ll Be Missing You\u201d.<\/p>\n

Only one collaborative song \u2013 Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men\u2019s \u201cOne Sweet Day\u201d \u2013 has spent longer at the top of the Billboard Hot 100.<\/p>\n

\u201cLuther\u201d is also the biggest Hip Hop single of the decade, surpassing the 11 weeks Roddy Ricch spent at number one with \u201cThe Box\u201d in 2020.<\/p>\n

Lamar and SZA each extend their longest stay at the summit of the chart as the success of \u201cLuther\u201d shows no signs of slowing down despite being released last November.<\/p>\n

For its twelfth week at the top of the chart, \u201cLuther\u201d tallied 65.4 million radio airplay audience impressions plus 19.1 million streams and 2,000 actual sales.<\/p>\n

It is still the most played song on radio in the US.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the top 10, Drake remains strong with \u201cNokia\u201d as the $ome $exy $ongs 4 U breakout hit slides only one spot down to number five.<\/p>\n

Doechii\u2018s \u201cAnxiety\u201d has also reached a new peak of number nine.<\/p>\n

Kendrick Lamar has been breaking records left and right over the last year.<\/p>\n

He recently got to celebrate the fact that he put on the highest grossing show by a Black man in history.<\/p>\n

The feat occurred at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on April 26, where his Grand National Tour (co-headlined by SZA) brought in a whopping $11.822 million in a single night.<\/p>\n

The record was previously held by\u00a0The Weeknd, who grossed $9.8 million at his 2022 concert at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Earlier in the tour, Kendrick had already broken the record for highest grossing rap concert, an honor previously held by Eminem from when he toured Australia in 2019.<\/p>\n

According to Touring Data, the opening night in Minneapolis grossed over $9.1 million from more than 47,000 fans at an average price of $192.70.<\/p>\n

The gig also became the first ever rap concert to gross more than $9 million in a single night.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
