Smart home cameras are all about vigilance and instilling a sense of dread into thieves who know they\u2019re being filmed \u2013 and a hive inspires the same sense of dread from anyone scared of being attacked by a swarm of bees. Someone is bound to be a lot more conscious and careful around a beehive, even more so if they realize it\u2019s actually a camera. I\u2019d like to believe it deters other bees from building nests near your home, but studies show that a faux beehive really doesn\u2019t help deter bees or wasps. Finally, an SD card slot holds all videos, which the Seehive lets you access through an app or your smart home interface.
