\n Maria Taylor hit back at radio host Dan McNeil on Tuesday morning, not long after the Chicago commentator offered a crude comparison about the ESPN reporter\u2019s \u201cMonday Night Football\u201d ensemble.<\/p>\n

During Monday\u2019s broadcast of the Giants\u2019 home opener against the Steelers, McNeil tweeted a screenshot of Taylor reporting from the sidelines at MetLife Stadium, writing: \u201cNFL sideline reporter or a host for the AVN (Adult Video News<\/a>) annual awards presentation?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n<\/blockquote>\n

The tweet, which had been captured by Awful Announcing, has since been deleted.<\/p>\n

Taylor, 33, who had just wrapp<\/a>ed the first NFL game<\/a> of her career, then fired back at McNeil, calling out his \u201csexist comments.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWell Danny Dearest if you would like to continue making sexist comments about me\u2026please bring your misogyny with you to the NBA Countdown doubleheader I\u2019ll be hosting tomorrow night. Hey ladies remember you can wear whatever you feel confident in!\u201d Taylor tweeted, adding McNeil\u2019s Twitter<\/a> handle, as well as the handle of his radio show, Chicago\u2019s 670 The Score.<\/p>\n

While Taylor has received support from fellow media personalities, including former ESPN star Jemele Hill, McNeil appeared to answer one critic Monday night.<\/p>\n

After tweeting about Steelers kicker Chris Boswell, one user wrote, \u201cJust wondering why you deleted your tweet you misogynistic f\u2013k face,\u201d to which McNeil replied, \u201cThat\u2019s a big word for you.\u201d<\/p>\n
