Fivio Foreign has pleaded guilty to making terroristic threats after spending almost the entirety of 2025 in jail.<\/p>\n

According to New Jersey police, the Brooklyn drill star has pleaded guilty to making terroristic threats and threatening to commit violence.<\/p>\n

He was also facing four other charges including unlawful possession of a weapon and aggravated assault but these are expected to be dismissed as part of the plea deal.<\/p>\n

Fivio\u2019s is set to be sentenced in August and his attorney is hoping he will only receive probation given the months he has spent in jail.<\/p>\n

Fivio is accused of pointing a gun at a woman after she asked for help jumpstarting her car in New Jersey on New Year\u2019s Eve.<\/p>\n

According to the police report, the 34-year-old rapp<\/a>er warned the woman while aiming a gun at her: \u201cIf I see you parked in front of this building again there is going to be a fucking problem.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cops were called and there were witnesses to the incident who were able to easily identify Fivio.<\/p>\n

The \u201cBig Drip\u201d hitmaker was also caught on surveillance footage from a nearby apartment complex, corroborating the alleged victim\u2019s story.<\/p>\n

Fivio was arrested on January 5 and hit with five charges, including unlawful possession of a weapon, terroristic threats, and aggravated assault.<\/p>\n

His lawyer claims that police did not recover a gun from the rapper and that their case is weak.<\/p>\n

News<\/a> of the rapper\u2019s arrest did not become public knowledge until March after he had already spent three months behind bars.<\/p>\n

Fivio Foreign is no stranger to controversy having\u00a0recorded a song in support of Donald Trump, as well as being a\u00a0vocal defender of Tory Lanez\u00a0over his 2020 shooting of\u00a0Megan Thee Stallion.<\/p>\n

Speaking on Math Hoffa\u2019s\u00a0My Expert Opinion Podcast<\/em>\u00a0last year, he said: \u201cI fuck with Tory. I know Tory as a real person. In my eyes, I don\u2019t even know if Tory have any guns. I know him. I know his personality. I don\u2019t see him as that type of person.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wasn\u2019t there, I\u2019m not a lawyer or no scientist, but if somebody said they got shot and there\u2019s no hole in their body, then they didn\u2019t get shot. We all know that but we know how this shit go.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
