The <strong>M<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">APP<\/a>A<\/strong>-produced anime, which adapts the manga by <strong>Fumiyo Kono<\/strong>, originally premiered in 2016. It later received an updated version with extra content titled <em>Kono Sekai no [Sara ni Ikutsumono) Katasumi ni<\/em> in 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The original manga ran in Futabasha\u2019s Manga Action between 2007 to 2009 and was originally compiled into three tankoubon volumes. COAMIX later published the manga in a two-part format. Seven Seas Entertainment describes the plot as:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>1940\u2019s Hiroshima Prefecture. Suzu, a young woman from the countryside, joins her new husband and his family in the shipbuilding city of Kure. As her beautiful home collapses around her, Suzu must confront the challenges of a new life while coming to grips with a world in turmoil. Unwilling to give up hope, Suzu struggles against the horrors of war to create her own happiness.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The <em>In This Corner of the World<\/em> anime was recognized with multiple awards, among them the Jury Award at Annecy 2017 and Best Animated Work at the 40th Japan Academy Film Prize.
