A <\/span>new key visual<\/span> has been revealed for the ongoing <\/span>Lazarus<\/span><\/i> TV anime<\/a> series<\/a>, ahead of the ninth episode premiere on June 1, 2025. The anime began airing on Toonami\u2019s <\/span>Adult Swim<\/span> programming block and in Japan on April 6, 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The series is slated to broadcast for 13 total episodes and is streaming on Max the following day after its TV broadcast.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, the main opening sequence for <\/span>Lazarus<\/span><\/i> was released on MAPP<\/a>A\u2019s YouTube<\/a> channel, which features the song \u201cVortex\u201d by series co-music composer <\/span>Kamasi Washington<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shinichiro Watanabe<\/b> is credited as the chief director for the original anime series, while <\/span>John Wick<\/span><\/i> director <\/span>Chad Stahelski<\/b> is designing the anime\u2019s action sequences. <\/span>Sola Entertainment<\/b> is producing the series, with MAPPA in charge of the animation production.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Other staff include <\/span>Akemi Hayashi<\/b> (<\/span>Maboroshi<\/span><\/i> animation director) as character designer, <\/span>Stanislas Brunet<\/b> (<\/span>Super Crooks, Symphogear XV<\/span><\/i>) as concept designer, <\/span>Miho Sugiura<\/b> (<\/span>Buddy Daddies<\/span><\/i>) as art director, <\/span>Kana Tanabe<\/b> (<\/span>RE-MAIN<\/span><\/i>) as color designer, <\/span>Takuma Sakamoto<\/b> as cinematographer, and <\/span>Mitsuhiro Sato<\/b> (<\/span>Pluto<\/span><\/i>) as composting director.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Bonobo<\/b>, <\/span>Floating Points<\/b>, and Washington are <\/span>serving as the music composers<\/span> for the anime series.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
