Drake is faced with \u201cunprecedented demand\u201d for tickets after announcing his first European tour in six years.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, the 6 God announced that he would be crossing the pond for an extended stay in the UK and Europe later this summer but has now added more dates due to fan interest.<\/p>\n

As well as the four existing UK dates, Drake will now be performing two extra concerts, one each in Manchester and Birmingham.<\/p>\n

The new dates are 23 July for Birmingham and 28 July for Manchester.<\/p>\n

Tickets for all concerts go on sale today (June 6).<\/p>\n

Drake originally announced that he will play two back to back dates at Birmingham\u2019s Utila Arena on July 20 and 21 before going further north to Manchester on July 25 and 26.<\/p>\n

Drizzy will also be venturing around the rest of Europe later in the year, visiting Paris, Milan and Berlin among other cities in September.<\/p>\n

The Canadian rapp<\/a>er will be assisted by frequent collaborator\u00a0PartyNextDoor throughout the highly anticipated tour.<\/p>\n

It is the first time Drake has toured the UK and Europe in six years with the announcement coming shortly after the 6 God cut short his run of concerts in New Zealand and Australia.<\/p>\n

Drake previously revealed that he will be headlining every night of the UK\u2019s Wireless Festival this July.<\/p>\n

Set to take place between July 11 and 13 in London\u2019s Finsbury Park, the 20th anniversary edition of the festival will see Drizzy put on three very different shows across the weekend.<\/p>\n

The first performance has been confirmed to feature PARTYNEXTDOOR, so expect the setlist to heavily feature songs from their recent collaborative album\u00a0$ome $exy $ongs 4 U<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Fellow R&B singer\u00a0Summer Walker\u00a0is also expected to join the 6 God on stage during the opening night.<\/p>\n

The Saturday night performance is billed as \u201cDrake & The Mandem\u201d and is widely expected to feature appearances from a number of British rappers the 6 God has collaborated with over the years, including\u00a0Skepta,\u00a0Giggs,\u00a0Central Cee,\u00a0Dave\u00a0and\u00a0Headie One.<\/p>\n

The closing show looks like it is going to have more of an Afrobeats and Dancehall flavor as it is confirmed that Drake will be joined by\u00a0Burna Boy\u00a0and\u00a0Vybz Kartel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
