Qualcomm has sought to diversify its portfolio as it faces headwinds, including a weakening smartphone market \u2014 smartphone processors make up a big portion of Qualcomm\u2019s revenue \u2014 and <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/qualcomm-forecasts-third-quarter-revenue-below-estimates-2025-04-30\/\">potentially tariffs<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deal is expected to close during the first calendar quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
