Kendrick Lamar was on hand to give Ray Vaughn advice throughout his heated rap battle with Joey Bada$$.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Bootleg Kev, the TDE rapp<\/a>er revealed that he was communicating with Lamar while he and Joey were going back and forth.<\/p>\n

Vaughn said: \u201cI\u2019m on the phone with him when I\u2019m going at Joey. \u2018Hey, do you fuck with this?’\u201d<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cI always get feedback. Shit still don\u2019t come out just like. It\u2019s still got a protocol.\u201d<\/p>\n
