Lil Wayne continues to drop new music less than a week after he released latest album Tha Carter VI<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Fresh off of unveiling a \u201cBanned from NO\u201d remix with Nicki Minaj, Weezy has dropped a new collaboration with Future and Lil Baby entitled \u201cMomma Don\u2019t Worry\u201d.<\/p>\n

It is not clear why the song did not make the released version of the album or if the track is going to be featured on a future deluxe edition given fan reception to the drop has been positive.<\/p>\n

Just yesterday, Weezy dropped a remix of \u201cBanned from NO\u201d with Minaj that saw the Trinidad born superstar take aim at both the NFL and Shannon Sharpe.<\/p>\n

On the track, she raps:\u00a0\u201cIf I send a pic of Shannon you ain\u2019t that Sharpe \/ Cause you still can\u2019t spell Prague and that\u2019s horrible.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

She also called out the NFL for not selecting Wayne to perform the halftime show at this year\u2019s Super Bowl in Weezy\u2019s home town of New Orleans.<\/p>\n

Minaj spat:\u00a0\u201cNFL, fire some n-ggas and then call us.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The \u201cAnaconda\u201d rapp<\/a>er has been one of the most\u00a0vocal critics of the NFL\u2019s decision to overlook Wayne in favor of Kendrick Lamar.<\/p>\n

Tha Carter VI<\/em> has received a lukewarm reception since it was released last week, something that has been reflected in its projected first week sales numbers.<\/p>\n

The album is currently on course to sell 110,000 equivalent units in its first week on sale.<\/p>\n

35,000 of that number is made up of actual sales.<\/p>\n

If projections hold, Tha Carter VI<\/em> will debut at number two on the Billboard 200 with country star Morgan Wallen holding on to the top spot.<\/p>\n

In comparison, Wayne\u2019s last solo album,\u00a0Funeral<\/em>, debuted at number one and sold 139,000 equivalent units in its first week of release.<\/p>\n

It is also a significant drop off from\u00a0Tha Carter V<\/em>\u2018s opening week sales of 480,000 in 2018.<\/p>\n

Tha Carter VI<\/em>\u00a0was perhaps most notable for its\u00a0eclectic features which includes U2 lead singer, Bono.<\/p>\n

The two link up on the anthemic \u201cThe Days\u201d which was previously debuted during a promo for the NBA Finals.<\/p>\n

On the track, Wayne references his status as an elder statesman in Hip Hop, rapping:\u00a0\u201cI ain\u2019t getting younger, but I\u2019m getting better \/ No time to waste that\u2019s another man\u2019s treasure \/ They say every dog has hit day.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
