MEXC’s Tracy Jin says regulatory clarity and market maturity are powering a new era of crypto IPOs, with Circle and Gemini leading the charge.<\/p>\n

The once-scrapp<\/a>y world of digital assets has grown into a sector defined by structured governance, audited financials, and scalable revenue models.<\/p>\n

Exchanges that began as weekend experiments now resemble traditional financial institutions, complete with compliance teams, investor relations departments, and long-term capital strategies. \u201cWe are now IPO-ready,\u201d MEXC chief operating officer (COO) Tracy Jin told Cointelegraph.<\/p>\n

On June 5, Circle, the issuer of the USDC\u00a0(USDC<\/a>)\u00a0stablecoin,\u00a0raised $1.1 billion in its public debut, exceeding expectations and marking a\u00a0record-setting 167% gain on its first day of trading.<\/p>\n
