A new release date will be announced this fall. It will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Series<\/a>, and PC via <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/3065800\/Marathon\/\" target=\"_blank\">Steam<\/a> when it launches. <span id=\"more-974519\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Here is the full message from Bungie on the delay:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Thank you not only for your passionate feedback around the <em>Marathon<\/em> reveal and Alpha playtest, but also for your patience while we took the time to listen closely and chart our next steps.<\/p>\n<p>Through every comment and real-time conversation on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a> and Discord, your voice has been strong and clear. We\u2019ve taken this to heart, and we know we need more time to craft <em>Marathon<\/em> into the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> that truly reflects your passion. After much discussion within our Dev team, we\u2019ve made the decision to delay the September 23 release.<\/p>\n<p>The Alpha test created an opportunity for us to calibrate and focus the game on what will make it uniquely compelling\u2014survival under pressure, mystery and lore around every corner, raid-like endgame challenges, and Bungie\u2019s genre-defining FPS combat.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re using this time to empower the team to create the intense, high-stakes experience that a title like <em>Marathon<\/em> is built around. This means deepening the relationship between the developers and the game\u2019s most important voices: our players.<\/p>\n<p><!-- AD: content --><\/p>\n<p>Over the next few months, we\u2019ll continue closed testing(including participants from the Alpha) to deploy gameplay updates and test new features as they come online.<\/p>\n<p>Some of our immediate focus areas will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upping the Survival Game\n<ul>\n<li>More challenging and engaging AI encounters<\/li>\n<li>More rewarding runs, with new types of loot and dynamic events<\/li>\n<li>Making combat more tense and strategic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Doubling down on the Marathon Universe\n<ul>\n<li>Increased visual fidelity<\/li>\n<li>More narrative and environmental storytelling to discover and interact with<\/li>\n<li>A darker tone that delivers on the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">theme<\/a>s of the original trilogy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Adding more social experiences\n<ul>\n<li>A better player experience for solo\/duos<\/li>\n<li>Prox chat, so social stories can come to life<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019ll hear from us again later this Fall when we can share the progress we\u2019ve made, alongside the game\u2019s new release date.
