\u201cEmmanuel Macron isn\u2019t making the right choices. I\u2019m very disapp<\/a>ointed. France is getting weaker and weaker,\u201d Durov said in a translated excerpt from an interview<\/a> with French outlet Le Point. Durov added:<\/p>\n

When we delay necessary reforms too long, we end up experiencing a collapse,\u201d the Telegram founder continued, warning that France was losing talent to other jurisdictions like Dubai.<\/p>\n
