The upcoming Chainsaw Man \u2013 The Movie: Reze Arc\u00a0<\/em>has received a poster visual, which features Denji and Reze duking it out in the center while various other members of the cast decorate the background while colored in red.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chainsaw Man \u2013 The Movie: Reze Arc\u00a0<\/em>is set to premiere in Japan on September 19 JST and will also be screened internationally. The synopsis reads:<\/span><\/p>\n

Denji became \u201cChainsaw Man\u201d, a boy with a devil\u2019s heart, and is now part of Special Division 4\u2019s devil hunters. After a date with Makima, the woman of his dreams, Denji takes shelter from the rain. There he meets Reze, a girl who works in a caf\u00e9.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The movie serves as the sequel to the 2022 Chainsaw Man <\/em>TV anime<\/a>, which adapts Tatsuki Fujimoto<\/strong>\u2018s supernatural action manga. Viz Media<\/a> describes the Shueisha-published title as:<\/span><\/p>\n

Denji\u2019s a poor young man who\u2019ll do anything for money, even hunting down devils with his pet devil Pochita. He\u2019s a simple man with simple dreams, drowning under a mountain of debt. But his sad life gets turned upside down one day when he\u2019s betrayed by someone he trusts. Now with the power of a devil inside him, Denji\u2019s become a whole new man\u2014Chainsaw Man!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The first part of the\u00a0Chainsaw Man\u00a0<\/em>manga ran from 2018 to 2021 in Weekly Shonen Jump. The current second part debuted on the Shonen Jump+ app and website in July 2022. There are 20 tankoubon volumes as of April 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n
