Cassie once threatened a man after he revealed to her that he had seen one of the freak off tapes made by Diddy.<\/p>\n

Diddy\u2019s legal team played an audio clip in court of the singer confronting a man named Sugit who claimed her had seen the sexually explicit video.<\/p>\n

Cassie can be heard saying to the man: \u201cIt\u2019s my fucking life and I\u2019ll kill you. If you don\u2019t show me right now I will kill you, and I will hide you and I will cut you up and put you in the fucking dirt.\u201d<\/p>\n

She went on to threaten to get somebody else to kill the man: \u201cI\u2019ve never killed anybody in my life, but I will kill you. It\u2019s not going to be blood on my hands. Someone else is going to do it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The clip was originally played during Cassie\u2019s testimony but is only now being made public. During cross-examination, Cassie admitted that she did confront the man over the video.<\/p>\n

Cassie was also the party recording the exchange.<\/p>\n

Actual video of the freak off sessions were shown to jurors earlier this week.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors played sections of three videos, each just over 10 minutes in length with jurors given headphones to listen to the audio.<\/p>\n

Jurors were played around 30 seconds of each clips and it is reported that sex noises could be heard coming from the headphones.<\/p>\n

One juror could be heard giggling when the clips were first shown.<\/p>\n

A juror has also been removed from the trial following concerns that they had not been honest about their residency.<\/p>\n

Diddy had been attempting to get a mistrial over the incident, claiming that the prosecution were targeting a Black juror, however this was rejected by the judge.<\/p>\n

Diddy\u2019s own conduct towards jurors during the trial has gotten him into trouble.<\/p>\n

Judge Arun Subramanian accused the rap mogul of making faces and nodding towards the jury while witnesses were being questioned.<\/p>\n

Subramanian said to Diddy\u2019s attorney, Marc Agnifilo: \u201cMr. Agnifilo, your client was looking at jurors and nodding vigorously. This can\u2019t continue or I will give a limiting instruction you won\u2019t like, or other measures including barring your client from the courtroom. Do you understand?\u201d<\/p>\n

Agnifilo said: \u201cIt\u2019s not going to happ<\/a>en again.\u201d<\/p>\n

Subramanian then warned: \u201cThis cannot happen again.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
