Young Thug is set for his first concert since he was released from jail last year after agreeing a plea deal with prosecutors in his RICO trial.<\/p>\n

It was confirmed in March that the Atlanta born star will be one of the headliners at this year\u2019s Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash this weekend.<\/p>\n

Now, Young Thug is hyping the event just days before it is supposed to take place with a video package released on social media<\/a> that teases \u201cTHUGGER RETURNS\u201d.<\/p>\n

Thugger will close the event, performing in the headline slot on Sunday (June 22).<\/p>\n

Elliot Montanez, director of operations for Lyrical Lemonade, said in a statement: \u201cIn a weird way, all of that happ<\/a>ened with Summer Smash being one of the shows he was about to do before he went away for a little bit, and now Summer Smash being the first show [he\u2019s doing] fresh out, it is full circle.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just think it\u2019s interesting. I\u2019m definitely glad that moment will be at Summer Smash, where fans will interact with him in person for the first time in a minute. But it\u2019s a beautiful, full-circle moment.\u201d<\/p>\n
