Photo by MEGA\/GC Images via Getty Images.<br \/>\n    <\/span><\/p>\n<p>  <span class=\"credit\"><br \/>\n      \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-271910\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>\n            Federal prosecutors in the Diddy racketeering trial are &#8220;no longer planning to proceed&#8221; with theories of attempted kidn<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ing, attempted arson, and aiding and abetting sex trafficking, according to documents reviewed by The FADER.\n          <\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>\n            The racketeering case as a whole will proceed against the rap mogul, who also faces charges of sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution related to an anonymous accuser and Cassie Ventura, Diddy&#8217;s former partner of 10 years. He has pleaded not guilty.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            In a letter filed on Tuesday, June 24, prosecutors told Judge Arun Subramanian that they had &#8220;removed instructions from the charge&#8221; pertaining to the theories. &#8220;The Government is no longer planning to proceed on these theories of liability so instructions are no longer necessary.&#8221;\n          <\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>\n            The attempted arson allegation stemmed from an incident involving Kid Cudi, the rapper and producer born Scott Mescudi. Cudi alleged that his Porsche was severely damaged by a Molotov cocktail while it sat in the driveway of his home soon after Diddy learned that he had been dating Ventura.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            The prosecution and defence meet on Wednesday (June 25) to discuss jury instructions. Closing arguments for the trial will begin on June 26.
