Bitcoin\u2019s surge to all-time highs has barely moved the needle in Google search interest compared to the spike seen after Donald Trump won the US presidential election in November.<\/p>\n

Bitcoin has reached consecutive record highs this week, yet retail investors seem reluctant to jump back into the market, according to a crypto researcher.<\/p>\n

However, demand for spot Bitcoin (BTC<\/a>) exchange-traded funds (ETFs) is surging, with Thursday and Friday recording daily inflows of over $1 billion, the first time this has happ<\/a>ened on two consecutive days.<\/p>\n

Bitwise head of research Andr\u00e9 Dragosch said<\/a> in an X post on Friday, \u201cBitcoin is at new all-time highs but retail is almost nowhere to be found,\u201d pointing to the lack of Google search interest in \u201cBitcoin\u201d despite the asset setting consecutive all-time highs this week.<\/p>\n
