The company raised more than $500 million in funding and filed for bankruptcy in June.\u00a0<br \/>In addition to the SEC\u2019s case, an <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>arel company and an investment vehicle launched by CaaStle are also suing the company over financial matters.
