the r<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>er threw a microphone, <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/cardi-b-sued-battery-las-vegas-mic-throwing-incident-1235392747\/\">Rolling Stone<\/a> reports. The Jane Doe plaintiff filed a 16-page complaint on Monday in Clark County, Nevada, in which she claimed Cardi caused her \u201csevere emotional distress, shock, humiliation, and physical injury.\u201d She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.\n          <\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>\n            Video footage of the 2023 moment went viral with Cardi seemingly retaliating when a drink was spilled over her by throwing her mircophone towards a member of the audience during a live performance. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department launched an investigation at the time but did not press charges.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            In her complaint, the plaintiff states that the rapper &#8220;forcefully&#8221; threw the mic after having \u201cverbally requested that the audience splash her with water\u201d on what was a hot day at the Drai\u2019s Beach Club\n          <\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>\n            Per the lawsuit, Cardi \u201cimplicitly\u201d asked for \u201clight splashing from drinks\u201d and poured water from a bottle over herself.
