\n\tOn Saturday morning, Sony posted a video<\/a> of Tom Holland warming up and then walking up to the camera in his new Spider-Man costume, saying, \u201cWe ready?\u201d A teaser of the costume<\/a> was posted on Friday.<\/p>\n

\n\tThis time around, the new suit shows a larger spider on his chest than his previous costumes in the films Spider-Man: Homecoming, Far From Home<\/em> and No Way Home.<\/em> It\u2019s also worth noting that the Spidey suit looks more similar to Tobey Maguire\u2019s and Andrew Garfield\u2019s suits in their respective Spider-Man <\/em>films.<\/p>\n

\n\tAlso on Saturday, videos posted online revealed that Holland\u2019s fourth-leading film has\u00a0begun filming<\/a>\u00a0in England.\u00a0In 2021\u2019s No Way Home, <\/em>viewers saw Spider-Man\u2019s real identity as Peter Parker was erased from people\u2019s memory, so now even his girlfriend, MJ (Zendaya) and best friend Ned Leeds (Jacob Batalon) don\u2019t remember him.<\/p>\n

\n\tReturning for the epic upcoming entry is Jon Bernthal, who will be reprising his role as the vigilante known as the Punisher. It also marks the first time Bernthal\u2019s iteration of the character will app<\/a>ear on the big screen. On Friday, The Hollywood Reporter <\/em>broke the news<\/a> that Mark Ruffalo is returning as the Hulk. Michael Mando is also returning to reprise the role of the Scorpion, who first appeared in\u00a02017\u2019s Homecoming<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n\tDirecting the film is Destin Daniel Cretton, with Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers (No Way Home<\/em>) writing the script.<\/p>\n

\n\tSony\/Marvel\u2019s Spider-Man: Brand New Day <\/em>hits theaters July 31, 2026. <\/p>\n
