The PlayStation 5 version will not be affected. <span id=\"more-982652\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The removal of the PlayStation 4 version will occur in three phases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>September 10, 2025 \u2013 Removal of <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> for PlayStation 4 from PlayStation Store (accounts that have previously downloaded it can still re-download at any time)<\/li>\n<li>February 25, 2026 \u2013 End of all in-<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> purchases for <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> for PlayStation 4<\/li>\n<li>April 8, 2026 \u2013 End of all update support for <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> for PlayStation 4 (users will no longer be able to log in)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here is the full message from miHoYo on the end of service:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Dear <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Travel<\/a>er,<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your continued support and love for <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> on PlayStation 4! Due to limitations related to hardware performance and platform application size, we will be discontinuing support and updates for <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> on PlayStation 4 in future versions.<\/p>\n<p><!-- AD: content --><\/p>\n<p><em>Genshin Impact<\/em> on PlayStation 5 will continue to operate normally and is not affected by the removal and update discontinuation on PlayStation 4. Traveler will still be able to enjoy the latest content updates on PlayStation 5 and other supported platforms.<\/p>\n<p>The removal and discontinuation plan for <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> on PlayStation 4 will be carried out in three phases: Game Removal, In-Game Purchases Delisting, and End of Update Support. Please see the detailed schedule below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u25a0 Game Removal (PlayStation 4)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Starting from September 10, 2025 at 06:00 (UTC+8), <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> on PlayStation 4 will be removed from the PlayStation Store. After this date, accounts of PlayStation Network that have never downloaded Genshin Impact on PlayStation 4 will no longer be able to search for or download it via the PlayStation Store.<\/p>\n<p>Accounts of PlayStation Network that have previously downloaded <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> can still re-download it at any time via [Store &gt; Library], even if the game is deleted from the device.<\/p>\n<p>Until the in-game purchases on PlayStation 4 are delisted, top-ups and purchases will still be available through both the PlayStation Store and the in-game shop.<\/p>\n<p>All Travelers can continue to log in to the game and receive update patches on PlayStation 4 until the update support ends.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u25a0 In-Game Purchases Delisting (PlayStation 4)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Starting from February 25, 2026 at 06:00 (UTC+8), all in-game purchases for <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> on PlayStation 4 will be removed from both the PlayStation Store and the in-game shop.<\/p>\n<p>Before <em>Genshin Impact<\/em>\u2018s update discontinuation on PlayStation 4, any items purchased from the PlayStation Store but not yet claimed in-game can still be obtained by logging into <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> on PlayStation 4.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u25a0 End of Update Support (PlayStation 4)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Starting from April 8, 2026 at 06:00 (UTC+8), we will officially cease all update support for <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> on PlayStation 4. Traveler will no longer be able to log in to the game on PlayStation 4.<\/p>\n<p>Installations of the game on PlayStation 4 will stop receiving update patches.<\/p>\n<p>Any items purchased from the PlayStation Store but not yet claimed in-game can only be claimed by logging into <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> on PlayStation 5 after this date.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u25a0 Binding Other Login Methods<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After logging in via PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5, Travelers can bind other login methods by navigating to: Paimon Menu &gt; Settings &gt; Account &gt; User Center.<\/p>\n<p>Starting from December 17, 2025 at 12:00 (UTC+8), when you open <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> on PlayStation 4 (even if it is an old version of the game that cannot be updated due to update discontinuation), a binding prompt will appear periodically on the game interface.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Genshin Impact<\/em> is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Series<\/a>, PlayStation 4, PC via <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/ys-api-os.mihoyo.com\/event\/download_porter\/link\/ys_global\/genshinimpactpc\/default\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">client download<\/a>\u00a0and <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.epicgames.com\/store\/p\/genshin-impact\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Epic Games Store<\/a>, iOS via the <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/genshin-impact\/id1517783697\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">App Store<\/a>, and Android via <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.miHoYo.GenshinImpact\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Google Play<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
